Returns and Refunds
If damaged or defective, incorrect items arrive, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will get back to you within 1-2 Japanese working days and assist you with any returns and exchange information. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you refund or exchange after the days stated above.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please attach either an invoice or copy of your purchase order email confirmation with your returned items.
Please do not send your purchase back directly to the maker.
When returning an item, please retain any proof of postage from your shipper. We will not be responsible for any item that is lost or damaged during return shipping.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item.
*Many of our products are hand made by Japanese Craftsmen. Please be aware that the items you will receive may exhibit some slight variations, for example in size, weight, color, pattern and shape, from the pictures shown on our website. We consider these small variations to be a key part of our products' charm, reflecting a 'one of a kind' aesthetic that we would like to share with our customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact to Paypal of the country of which you have opened your account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
